Illumination Magazine is the light in a world of darkness that will offer an insight to bisexuals and lesbians about coming out to their friends, family and the community. It will also offer news and features about various topics such as sports, music, and education in the LB community. The LGBT youth community is two to three times more likely to commit suicide than other teenagers. They are also more likely to abuse alcohol and drugs, according to the CDC. We want our readers to know that we have been where they are; we also want them to believe they have a voice and we want to help them be heard.
